CONDITIONS & bookings

Payment

We charge 100% of the total amount on reservation to block the apartment in the calendar.

DEPOSIT

The company may ask for a deposit depending on the property rented. This amount will only be deducted in the event of damage to property or non-compliance with the house rules caused during the stay.

CANCELLATION

If the customer cancels his booking more than 31 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100%, more than 7 days before arrival, he will lose the 50% deposit already paid. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
