The living area features a welcoming lounge equipped with a double sofa bed, a television, and a dining area, ideal for relaxing or sharing a moment together after a day exploring Paris. The open-plan kitchen is modern and functional, with cooking hobs, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with quality bed linen, ensuring a quiet and restful sleeping space. The bathroom is modern and includes a shower along with essential amenities such as shower gel and shampoo. Toilets are integrated into the bathroom. For added comfort, the apartment also provides a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, as well as bed linen and towels for each stay. 📍 The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building. The shutters are not accessible and remain closed, ensuring privacy and a calm atmosphere inside the apartment.

CONDITIONS & bookings

Payment

We charge 100% of the total amount on reservation to block the apartment in the calendar.

DEPOSIT

The company may ask for a deposit depending on the property rented. This amount will only be deducted in the event of damage to property or non-compliance with the house rules caused during the stay.

CANCELLATION

If the customer cancels his booking more than 31 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100%, more than 7 days before arrival, he will lose the 50% deposit already paid. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
