The villa spans two levels. The reception area includes a kitchen that opens onto the dining room and living room, fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The night area offers a master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, along with four additional bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two modern shower rooms on the upper level provide convenience and comfort for all guests.
On the lower level, a service room with a private bathroom is ideal for staff or additional guests. A large laundry room with modern appliances is also available.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for refreshing on warm summer days. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue for al fresco meals, and a comfortable lounge area ideal for relaxing and enjoying the garden.

Payment
We charge 100% of the total amount on reservation to block the apartment in the calendar.
DEPOSIT
The company may ask for a deposit depending on the property rented. This amount will only be deducted in the event of damage to property or non-compliance with the house rules caused during the stay.
CANCELLATION
If the customer cancels his booking more than 31 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100%, more than 7 days before arrival, he will lose the 50% deposit already paid. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
