Villa The Palm is a beautiful property set on a 1500 m² plot, offering 240 m² of living space and 50 m² of terraces. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the villa spans two levels.
The main living area features a spacious designer living room with an ethanol fireplace (in winter), TV, and dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, and there is a guest toilet for added convenience. The living space extends to a terrace with outdoor lounges, ideal for relaxation.
The sleeping area and office are perfectly designed, with all bedrooms overlooking the pool. The master suite includes a double bed, dressing room, safe, and an en-suite shower room with toilet. The secondary suite also features a double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet. An elegant additional bedroom offers a double bed with an en-suite shower room, while a fourth bedroom provides a double bed as well. There is an additional modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a dedicated laundry room. An office space completes the layout, ideal for work or quiet moments.
The villa also offers exceptional outdoor amenities, including a vast exotic garden beautifully lit at night, a heated infinity pool, and a pétanque court. Payment
We charge 100% of the total amount on reservation to block the apartment in the calendar.
DEPOSIT
The company may ask for a deposit depending on the property rented. This amount will only be deducted in the event of damage to property or non-compliance with the house rules caused during the stay.
CANCELLATION
If the customer cancels his booking more than 31 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100%, more than 7 days before arrival, he will lose the 50% deposit already paid. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
