What to expect

Eiffel Tower

On this guided tour of the Eiffel Tower, you’ll discover its history, architecture and even its brief notoriety. Start at the esplanade, where you can see the Tower from below. Then take a glass elevator up to the second floor. On the second level, enjoy one of the best views of Paris. Your guide can help you find Notre Dame, the Louvre, Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre, the Grand Palais, Les Invalides and more. Enjoy views, exhibitions, food and souvenir shopping. Continue by elevator to the top of the tower. Highlights include a champagne bar, views from indoor and outdoor observation decks and a recreation of Gustave Eiffel’s private study with wax figures of his daughter and Thomas Edison. There are also exhibits, such as a model of the 1889 summit that’s red instead of gray. On your way out, you may want to stop and visit the first level of the Eiffel Tower, which features more exhibits, a glass floor and occasional pop-ups.
