There are four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and four modern bathrooms, complete with a set of shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. An independent annex offers an additional bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom, ideal for added privacy.
Guests can enjoy a large terrace, perfect for relaxing and making the most of the beautiful weather, as well as a private swimming pool for cooling off and unwinding.
The villa also includes a range of high-quality amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with hotplates, microwave, oven, toaster, and a Nespresso machine. Bed linen and blankets are provided, along with one set of towels per person.

Payment
We charge 100% of the total amount on reservation to block the apartment in the calendar.
DEPOSIT
The company may ask for a deposit depending on the property rented. This amount will only be deducted in the event of damage to property or non-compliance with the house rules caused during the stay.
CANCELLATION
If the customer cancels his booking more than 31 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100%, more than 7 days before arrival, he will lose the 50% deposit already paid. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
